Is SariStock really free? ▾
SariStock is a subscription-based app at ₱200/month. No lock-in contracts, no hidden fees—just straightforward monthly access. Contact the developer to sign up and get started.
Does it work without internet? ▾
100%. All data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB (web version) or SQLite (Android app). You can sell, restock, and view reports with zero internet connection.
How do I install the APK on my Android phone? ▾
Download the APK file, then open it from your file manager. Your phone will ask you to allow "Install from Unknown Sources" — go to Settings → Security (or Apps) → enable it. Then open the file again to install. This is standard for any app installed outside the Play Store.
Can multiple staff use SariStock on different phones? ▾
Yes! SariStock has a multi-device role system. The Owner device holds the master inventory. You can register Seller and Restocker devices that sync their activities back to the Owner using a QR code or file transfer — even without Wi-Fi.
Will my data be lost if I uninstall the app? ▾
Always export a backup before uninstalling. Go to Data → Export as JSON to save all your products, sales, and history. You can re-import this file anytime to restore everything.
Does it support expiry date tracking? ▾
Yes. Each product supports batch management with individual expiry dates. The app uses FIFO (First In, First Out) to deduct stock from the earliest-expiring batch first. You'll see color-coded alerts as products near their expiry date.
Can I scan barcodes from product packaging? ▾
Yes. SariStock supports barcode scanning via the phone camera. You can assign barcodes to products and scan them during selling or restocking. If a barcode is unknown, the app prompts you to link it to an existing product.
